"The leverage is on our side....Powell is talking today with Fr/Gr.......they will dance to our tune or they will not be dancing"

And what happens when we run out of troops in 2004, because we didn't accept any new dance partners?

Leverage is on our side.. how? congress can take away any leverage very quickly.. politics within can turn this situation around very quickly.. I hope not, but Bush is not in as good a situation as he was even four weeks ago...
Kennedy and company have been screaming for cost estimates for months now they are out and the boys are biting at Bush's heels.
I hope your right and it turns out the way you project ,, me I am not sure what will happen in the several months.
I do not see France, Germany, Russia jumping at the chance to come right back in , more flavor the situation Bush is in right now..
