I want serious reform to make it sustainable. I think that is preferable to the chaos that will ensue when it goes bankrupt if we follow Clinton's prescription - do nothing. But lets keep focused on the "discretionary" spending. That's what I want. I'll take your word for the 40% number. Talk it up. Keep it one of your talking points. Nothing exposes the intellectual fraud of the democrats better. This ultra conservative ideologue who wants to take us back to the 1880's outspends the true believers who never the less chant in unison - stingy, stingy, stingy, enemy of the New Deal!!!
