Dear Mrs Shurgot,.............

Just in case you were unaware, consultations with medical specialists on the internet are not paid for by Medicare.

In future, kindly make an appointment with a practitioner (or practitioners) in your area who, I am sure, will be only too glad to help you at the prescribed rate.

At the same time, in order to avoid any unnecessary waiting, I recommend that you make appointments for your husband, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren.

It is strongly recommended that prospective patients always bring a urine specimen with them at the first consultation.

Yours truly,
