Gore won't run, you're right, but in the case of an absolute deadlock, who else merits being drafted as a compromise candidate? It's all wheeling and dealing at that stage. Hopefully we won't get there but what dan's surprising strength does is weaken Kerry just enough so he's really going to have a hard time breaking out of the pack. Too bad because that only helps Bush. That is why Dean supporters should remain open-minded. I've already explained the absolute need to take away a big chunk of Bush's pro military campaign and voters.
