"Dereliction of Duty" is a pile of BS and innuendos. The writer, a former White House security officer who hates Clinton, just speculates and offers no proof that any of his rants are actually true. He accuses our former Commander of dereliction when it came to taking out Osama, but when asked how he knows that, since he wasn't in the room and has no sources, he admits he just has his suspicions. He has the gall to suggest Clinton wanted to finish a golf game before taking out Osama, but when pressed he admits he has no evidence that story is true.

Indeed, the real failure in taking out Osama is Bush. Two years after 9-11, 200 billion spend and no success even though he has open access to the region (which Clinton never had) and half our armed forces in the area. He also hasn't found any WMD's nor Saddam. In fact Afghanistan is sliding back into chaos, Iraq is a total mess, the Israeli-Palestinian situation is worsening, so is Iran and North Korean.

The folks around ground zero were intentionally poisoned due to false "OK to breathe" reports from the White House, the 20 billion Bush promised New York was never delivered. First responders are getting laid off not equippped. Homeland Security is not much better outside the airports and the Patriot Act has failed to nab one single Al Qaida member on our soil.

There have been a few scattered successes around the world, but also troubling is Bush's insistence that Saudi Arabia's role in 9-11 be covered-up completely. In fact Bush allowed Bin Lauden's own family to fly out of the country right after 9-11 without being interrogated. Also troubling is that Bush was warned on 8-5-011 about imminent hijackings yet did nothing to warn anyone or try to stop it.

Are we any safer? Not. I suggest you find more intelligent books to read.
