Mephisto, You might enjoy this interview: buzzflash.com Krugman has been a real breath of fresh air. I've enjoyed his NY Times' columns for a couple of years now. *** As far as liberal/conservative labeling goes, I find the discussion to be vapid. Media commentators of the Faux News variety use "liberal" as a cudgel. I'm glad to see some folks like Michael Moore expressing delight to be considered liberal. I regard Howard Dean to be largely a centrist, with some progressive twinges. But the label of "liberal" that is being hung on him by Limbaugh and Hannity is just another lie.
