I read it. I think his argument that the tax cuts cannot be reversed is ridiculous. Bush senior raised taxes and so did Clinton. Clinton managed to roll back a good deal of Reagan's tax cuts. The fact that the economy did not suffer, and in fact prospered, is a powerful argument that a future Democratic administration will be able to roll back Bush's tax cuts and then some. Sure, some of the middle and lower income tax cuts will survive, but raising the high tax brackets and sunsetting the estate tax elimination will be easy, IMO.
