I'm long, but very skeptical that this is good for another double+ by the end of the year. The fundamentals simply are not there.

Hi S, The Short side has been building right along with the
price.
DATE SHARES SHORT AVE. DAY VOLUME RATIO
08/03 8,775,332 6,014,874 1.46
07/03 6,326,375 6,019,984 1.05
06/03 5,484,015 6,232,314 0.88
05/03 3,151,109 7,661,826 0.41
04/03 2,894,642 2,900,527 1.00
03/03 5,297,046 2,985,290 1.77
Volume improved in May and has been strong ever since.

At least it shows that VTSS is getting some attention - whether
it's good or bad attention hardly matters with the price
generally rising. We are still holding sizable LONG positions
in two separate accounts although we've been selling into
strength in recent times.

Our gross profit on this account right now is 89% even
though the price/share is only up 18%. The extra gain is
due to the downward averaging we did along the way.

Best regards, Tom

Just dropped in to view SI talkers after a long hiatus. You are not the only long termer left. I bought VTSS for about a buck back when their business was chips for supercomputers. And I have ridden them up and dropped them on long term downs when their markets vaporized to make top money.

I met and dealt with Dr. Tomasetta back when he worked at Rockwell. This man is brilliant and I believe that VTSS will be a market leader in their segments as long as he's there. What about the price now? Everybody fussing about this quarterly reports and blind to market potential. Traders and worry warts keep dumping them on short term ups and probably buying back at higher prices. I am sticking until I see $18 and will decide then.

It is a shame there are so few investors left to support these good companies. All this trading just makes brokers rich.
