The Palestinians are also manipulated and used by Arab leaders to keep the focus on Israel, knowing how tenuous their own hold on power is. Further usefullness is huge amounts of aid that have been siphoned off by Arafat and his buddies. It has been estimated that Arafat has as much as a billion dollars in Swiss bank accounts. He didn't get that by selling shmatas.

The reality is that the Arabs won't even allow Palestinians into their countries. That about says it all. The only two countries where Palestinians can get visas are Jordan and the US. Arabs will use Palestinians as an excuse for killing, but surely don't want to live next door to them. Isn't this EXACTLY what Hitler said about the Jews 70 years ago? Tom
