What about the "scorecard" that Tim Russert held up to Cheney and asked him to comment on

debt: 20 % greater in Bush term
deficit: 200 billion surplus to 500 billion deficit
2.5 million jobs lost
....

Russert: "how can the president get reelected with this record"

Cheney- it is a recessionary period. ahahhaha
I was waiting for him to overtly blame Clinton!
