Jewel -- yeah I saw that. She's playing at place called the 9:30 club on the 22nd. The place holds 900 people standing room only. Since I saw her just last year, I decided to pass. There's no indication on their web site that the show has been cancelled. Took a while for the tickets to sell out (by "a while" I mean 2 - 3 weeks !), which is hard to believe since I saw her last year with 10,000 other people. Buttttttttttt Michelle Branch is playing there in Oct -- for $25/ticket. So I bought 4, lol. BTW - Springsteen didn't even come close to selling out. The upper deck of Fedex field was maybe 1/3 filled. Who wants to pay $75 for seats where you can't even see them ? Geezers like me -- if we're gonna take the time and trouble to go -- we're gonna pay for good seats ! Chris
