One can see how difficult it is to make peace. You have people on both sides with similar beliefs unwilling to make a compromise. Is it simply, "Who will take the first step?" "Pride?" or something else.

With all the great cut and paste effort that is spent and the efforts taken to refute perceived hatreds, it's too bad we can't formulate a peace plan, that really works.

History is history - each of us can argue our beliefs. The internet is here and it is a medium through which each of us can support whatever we wish to support, no matter how extreme or how illogical.

Unfortunately, cut and paste often stands in the way of orginal thinking, eliminating a path, taking the proponent down a road cluttered with mistakes, pretending those mistakes belong to everyone else.
