probably have a detrimental effect on the
softwood lumber prices regardless of tariffs.

Glad you enjoyed getting something done. That roofing is always tough on the legs, I can't imagine doing that every day.

Yep, plywood is skyrocketing. I heard that it is costing framers up to $2000 more to frame up the current contracts they have. And with the hurricane coming in, they will be needing a ton of those sheets somewhere on the SE coast. That looks like a real monster storm that is about to come a knocking. Category 5+.
