If you don't think "Hamas are soldiers" doesn't destroy Dean's chances of being presdient you don't understand the Bush campaign machine and its strengths. It will be easy for Rove now to Dukakisize Dean. Just repeat that line over and over. Doesn't matter if it's half correct, it's an insult to the War On Terror and to Jews, and it's just a plain stupid thing to say.

Let me give you a hypothetical to compare. What if Bush were to say "all terrorists are young Arab males". Even if that's probably true, it would destroy him. Same deal here. And BTW, Hamas are NOT soldiers, they really are terrorists. Soldiers fight by rules. Hamas doesn't. Hamas are also our enemies. dean wounds like he's appeasing terrorists and our enemies. He's through.

Kerry BTW does not wear tassle loafers when he rides his Harley. He really IS a macho dude and a real combat hero. Not a pretender nor someone dumb enough to play right into Bush's hands with a monster gaffe.

I saw a news clip of Kerry giving a Senate speech urging for the Iraq invasion and the rhetorics were echoes of GW. He sounded like one of the Bushies. He now says he was duped into believing and relying on those lies.

He appears to be the following type of character:
1. Too shallow to analyze the reports that turned out to be fictions. Maybe he has a lousy staff.
2. No ability to discern and critical analysis of the photos versus claims in the presentation made at the United Nations.
3. Much more concerned with associating and siding himself with popular public opinion at that time.

My impression of Kerry has turned 180 degrees.
