The difference between Dean and the GOP script, is that Dean isn't lying.

His healthcare position is more elaborate and solid than rivals attempt to portray, as are his positions on NAFTA and the Middle East.

As his rivals and the GOP (not yet, but it will ramp fast) attempt to take words out of context, they will look picky and worse, like obvious subterfuge.

If anyone saw "This Week"'s interview with Dean, it was impressive. Here, finally, is someone who is definitely not a puppet.

What was interesting was his campaign manager saying, "Attacks help us -- every time Dean gets attacked our contributions spike up"

To me this means his supporters aren't interested in carefully scripted remarks but an actual human being who can cut through the Washington-speak that is corrupting politics, our culture and bankrupting upcoming generations, and make decisions on common sense.
