Doug, It's not that complicated. This is what happened:

1) IDCC longs complain to Matt that I am lying, deceiving,
etc. because I poke holes in their story that IDCC is the
next telecom powerhouse and will soon make shareholders rich.

2) Matt tells them as long as I follow the TOU I can
continue to participate but he upgrades free accounts so
the "ignore" feature is available to all. He says now
nobody can complain, just put me on ignore.

3) IDCC longs say that new investors don't know enough to
put me on ignore and this jeapardizes their investment.
They threaten to move to Raging Bull Clubhouse if I'm not muzzled.

4) Matt tells them as long as I follow the rules I can stay.

5) IDCC longs revive the Raging Bull IDCC clubhouse in
protest of Ihub for allowing me to continue to participate.
Big debate follows, most IDCC posters leave Ihub.

6) Matt takes action and suspends me. Kangaroo charges
brought against me saying my post was a personal attack
even though it doesn't have any attack in it. I try to work
it out politely with him and he becomes vulgar, verbally
assults me (same thing I was accused of) and becomes uncommunicative.

I stayed on topic, followed all the rules and was polite
and considerate. Because the pumpers wanted an environment
free of negative facts about IDCC, I was essentially
defrauded of my $129.

It really is that simple. Moral, don't assume that Ihub will follow their own TOU.
