re: NYCity one year later our actions will unleash forces that eventually will be turned against our own citizens by the next president we feel compelled to take pre-emptive action now this will set dangerous precedents for a long time to come these are my major fears for instance, check RICO laws in time it was used in much more creative ways expect the same with new anti-terrorism laws will any pre-emptive actions take place where there is no oil?
