Believe it or not, they already passed the "special green card" in our county...they have all rights, basically...It is outrageous.

It is issued by the Mexican government..it has nothing at all to do with the USA!

Our borders will never be secure until they get a handle on the illegal immigration in the south. I am all for LEGAL immigration, but giving illegals ID cards and drivers licenses will come back to haunt America, and it will be the left the first to scream about it when it happens.
