Rhoezzeh <one small step at a time ...> reminds me of a project I worked on many years ago. When companies were first going to smoke free environments, many firms decided to have "smoking rooms" to ease the transition. I was working with a company (highly successful growth company)whose headquarters was in an old converted woolen mill. The cost for installing smoking rooms for the employees was $5million across the US..$600k just for the Headquarters. The CFO looked at me and said... "tell me this again please....you want me to invest $5 million to support people's smoking habit?!" ... the company went smoke free in 60 days in the U.S. Altair19
