If true, it would be neat trick to somehow make him fear personal retaliation for even minor attacks.

The Israeli announcement could have been a way of saying to Arafat that the next major terror attack that comes off is going to have your return address on it, bub.

I am convinced of it, Nadine. Israel is saying, "the next Bus-bombing, you are history!"
