Well, they did. Of course, it'll be appealed. BTW, what's your take on this "devastating to Arnie" article to be published in the LA Times?

Interesting situation. The 9th Circuit Court is the most overruled in the Country. I am sure the Supremes would overrule it if they take it. But will they take it? They would then be back in the Florida situation, a Right Wing Court supporting a Right Wing position. So I expect them to pass.

What will this do? Make it even worse for Davis. More and more people will have had time to get their tripled car tax. Every one is a vote against Davis. The phony "Balanced Budget" will be shown to be even more out of balance. As the effect of more businesses leaving the state takes place, the economy will continue to sink. People will be mad at the court for stopping the will of the people.

I think the Editor of the LA Times has spiked the story because he feels it would be seen as a partisan move by them to run it. They already have a "far left" reputation.

There is no "Good News" coming out of California.
