Emile - again - your original post was that there are tens of thousands of Orthodox Jews in position of power in US and that they all would subvert the US.

Can we agree that you have backed off that statement?

As for your other points, I have to tell you that although you may have witnessed an example, there is no way that the Orthodox community can move the Reform and Conservative communities, which represent the vast overwhelming numbers of Jews who choose to affiliate. They would have less influence than that over unaffiliated Jews.

I hate to be disagreeable, but your statement about their influence is just way over the top. I'm not trying to bash you here just telling you the facts. As you can probably tell, I'm not a fan of the Orthodox and I'm not a fan of any extreme religion but you are just way off as far as the influence here in the US.

As for the influence in Israel, that is another story and one that I believe will change if and when there is ever peace.
