No, some would say not(a lie), and THE OTHERS would be likely partially illiterate! By definition, a thing said CANNOT be a lie when believed by the speaker, only wrong. GOD are you thick, I'm afraid I wasted my time badly in that "self-defense against officers" discussion were having. I HOPE you aren't an officer, for GODS SAKE!
