...because some votes would be cast using outmoded punch-card ballot machines.

It was okay to elect Davis with these machines. But, us dumb voters can no longer use these machines for a recall and a new gubnatorial election. This is even too good for SNL!

I had a USDC case pending before Paez when he
was elevated.

I never thought he had much on the ball.

Ironically, Pregerson was on the panel
that voted to return that same case to USDC
after it had been dismissed by the original judge.
That's when Paez received the assignment.

Moments later, he was on the 9th Circuit
and my case was passed to Steven V. Wilson,
who dismissed it again. LOL.

(Needless to say, I rep'd the defendants.)
