lizzie, bottom line is bush's trickle down crap has been exposed as just that. his job loss tax cut for the elite rich was a job killer. just as i argued, the rich are keeping the money and hoarding it, not returning it to an over capacity economy. the only trickle down resulted from bush peeing on our leg and while telling us it is raining. yes, india is benefitting. information transparency has many logical repercussions and this is just one, albeit, a big one for anyone in that industry.
