American Commerce Solutions, Inc. Announces 'Chariot's on the Move'
BARTOW, Fla., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AACS) today announced that it has taken possession of Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. assets.

Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Commerce Solutions, Inc. stated, "The final terms and conditions of purchase of Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. have been established and accepted by the parties. The final review by the Sellers' attorney is under way and a formal closing is imminent. Chariot assets have been moved to the location where production is intended under ACS control."

Mr. Hefner continued, "I know that this acquisition is much anticipated by our stockholders, as evidenced by the substantial volume over the past week.. They will not be disappointed. We experienced a slight delay in the last few weeks because I was unavailable for discussions and negotiations while dealing with a family medical crisis out of state for over two weeks. Once I returned, last week, all due diligence was completed. We then resumed where we left off and got everything ready for the attorney's final review. The 'formal' closing will be scheduled by the attorneys."

According to Hefner, the terms and conditions of the acquisition will not be made public until the filing of the SEC required 8-K.

Hefner further commented, "We are in the process of updating the printed promotional material and evaluating any tooling requirements for the molds and jigs. We will be prepared to aggressively market this product and meet the tremendous pent-up demand that we believe to currently exist for this lightweight, easy-pull, yet durable fiberglass trailers."
