Bush v. Gore is not a perfect fit to California.
In 2000, the Supreme Court ruled against varying
standards for re-counts, not for the voting
mechanism itself.

Good insight about uniform voting standards.

Any move by the Supreme Injustices will be flayed open as blatant politics.
