Thinking the tax cuts is "returning" your money shows how stupid the rwe's are. That money has been spent...by shrub. The tax cuts are BORROWED money. The tax cuts are somebody else's money...now being spent by shrub in advance.
If the deficit spending continues at the current pace it'll actually be your money that shrub is borrowing on your behalf from 2 or 3 years down the road. Then you'll have to pay it back...through higher federal taxes.
In the meantime state taxes will rise to offset the illusory decrease in federal taxes.
Wave a dollar bill at some people and they drool too much...shrub knows that much.

Sorry, it was more like "do unto others, as you would have them do unto you". Still a pretty workable mainstream thought IMHO
