LOL! I'd be happy if the recall went on until the next election, and if by some magic Washington DC shut down 6 months out of the year ...

As far as fiscal "crisis", its only a crisis until they stop doing business as usual. It's all the legislation that costs us money, not lack of it. Unlike the claims of 99% of all politicians, the less legislation, the better.
