All the Supreme Court accomplished, was to demonstrate that it too was a political animal, and to lower the esteem held for it.

And I was correct that you could not say why Gore should have been allowed proceed with the recount. The USSC HAD to get involved because the PRECEDENT of stealing Presidential elections via the courts could not be allowed.
