OT ... Lizzie, so you didn't complain, or wouldn't have complained, about job loss to Mexico or Japan, but you complain about job loss to India. How is that being consistent?

The difference I see is that the later affects jobs in your profession, whereas the former did not.

Tax receipts are up and DARPA is technologically behind the private sector. But you're right about jobs going offshore, although it's only a couple hundred thousand so far.
