KT I decide at my age and circumstances I could handle the volatility as long as the check came each month :-).I am guessing that rates will be heading back up soon and I may never see them as low as they are again in my lifetime so I will be sucking hind tit on the total value of the stuff but what the heck. I just like the idea of getting something and not having to share it with Uncle :-)
