And bin Laden, Hussein and Noriega were on CIA payroll under Reagan and Bush. There is always a constant undercurrent of spook activity, and will be until the American people get fed up. The question is who controls the spooks, and for what purposes.

You must be in the "coincidence" school of why 9/11 happened just as Junior took power.
