Here's a little stock I found. MTF ???

The Nikkei 225 Stock Average rose 174.22, or 1.6 percent, to 10,887.03. Banks contributed a third of the Topix's gain today and have been the best performers on the index over the past month.

ADRs of Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial, Japan's third-largest lender by assets, jumped 75 cents, or 13 percent, to $6.50.
