Ah, yes - they couldn't possibly make a mistake! Simultaneously, the fact that the U.S. allowed the attack to happen is chalked up to numerous glaring mistakes. Don't worry, it's not like we are expecting any kind of consistency from you. -g-

Altogether, it's a diversionary subplot artfully spinned by the FBI since it's very likely that the actual Israeli operatives wouldn't have been so stupid to monkey around in Manhattan's outskirts on Sept 11th...
