I don't happen to think that Bush 'has blood on his hands'. I do think that the original justification given for the war was wrong, and thus we were led into a quagmire in a 'bait and switch' type of operation. But, civilian casualties are an unfortunate part of war, and even though those in Iraq were much higher than those in Kosovo/Serbia, they were still lower than historical comparisons.

So, you can't have it both ways, either. Does Clark have 'blood on his hands'?
