It happened. as the theory apparently holds - the very agents of the attacking agency That's one theory, though I'd like to see your evidence. Another theory is that the spies tracked Al Qaeda (fact), knew of the plan (theory), but failed to warn officials (theory) because they perceived the result would be in their national interest (fact). That would explain why they were celebrating the attack (fact). Tom
