They are ruling on something before they know what will happen and without knowing how well the replacement equipment will work.

That's what bothers me about the ACLU, which promoted this case. Sometimes they're spot on and fight the good fight. Other times they're completely out to lunch, and this election suit is a glaring example of the latter, IMO.

Ok, let's see -- the USSC was good because it intervened in Florida's state courts, but Calif is bad...

Now it sounds like you are saying USSC should now intervene in Calif to overturn that state's courts.

This is the epitomy of Big Gov't, when the Feds move in to control every aspect of the state gov't. This bring joy to the hearts of both socialists and fascists, both of whom want Big Gov't in every facet of life.

Bad idea, my friend, for Florida, and for California.

BTW, you say USSC "had to step in"... since when would an order to recount the entire state be "stealing" the election? That would have been the logical decision, if they wanted fairness, and insisted on Big Gov't intervention.
