I think that Clark will have a constituency. One pulling voters from other dems (thereby making him a spoiler in the contest--most likely in favor of Dean), and one that will feel the bitterness when their candidate gets the shaft in the primaries.

The reason they like Clark is that he allegedly represents "security" in an unsafe world-- something the other dems are not able to conjur up-- excepting Lieberman perhaps, who according to some here is simply "too Jewish" to be President in this day and age.
