Ok, so if they weren't the minority counties being refurbished, how does that help your argument about "minorities being called stupid" ?

The only complaint I've heard is the delay somehow causes somebody problems, altho' it's never stated who or why, only that "the liberals" are to gain by it in some mysterious way.

If the court had been a GOP-biased court the same arguments would have been heard on the other side, that any delay helps the Repubs, somehow.
