The USSC gave the FLSC every opportunity to ix the issue

Why not use the argument that the FLSC would have ordered counting all the ballots and the USSC woudl not have had to step in.

Fine.

When the USSC stepped in, they should have then ordered the statewide count. It would have taken less than 30 days.

Simple.
