Not really. The controversy over the logic and precedent of the decision rages on, as we see in the media daily.

SCOTUS essential returned integrity to the statutes in place on the day the election was conducted. I.e. the Rule of Law.

Incorrect, by definition. Everyone on all sides of the question stipulates that the rule of law was followed by the Florida court. Therefore the only thing that could change that rule of law was the USSC.

This is the reason the USSC was brought into the picture.
