what happened? did he go Chapter 7? i hear the credit card cos are pressuring Congress to make personal bankruptcy much more difficult to declare.

seems many people were caught unawares by the tax consequences of their actions. i think it was compounded because the people receiving all the options were company employees as opposed to sole proprietors (self-employed), and thus probably not as familiar with the concept of quarterly payments.
