Then why don't you "impeach" the Supreme Court for their political decision on Bush vs. Gore? Republicans just don't believe in free elections or qualified appointments if the individuals disagree with them.

Being overturned is sufficient to hold them in check. You don't impeach a judge for being overturned, it has to be for egregious action, such as gross incompetence, meaning decisions that aren't properly prepared, not just that they are unpopular or political.

The problem with law is that politics at the top has become capricious and without integrity, looking only for political and personal profit, essentially lawless.

Until we get leaders that don't lie, and have integrity rather than being obviously scripted puppets, this will persist.
