I am happy that Mr. Patch has his own domain now and the keys to the castle. I think it was Mr. Godot that chuckled more than I.

Mr. Patch has/is been a source of entertainment.

I hope Mr. Patch does not have too far to go when he drives his 5 Series Beemer into the village:-)
