rd, why are all of bush's promised elite rich tax cut related jobs going to foreigners?

seems bush's tax cut paradigm was false or never believed.

he expected lots of job creation, but we see jobs contracting.

see what happens when ya give the movers and shakers money in an overcapacity environment? they just keep it in the bank. just like i predicted.
