And here all this time I thought it was just me. I know that I read by keying on the first letter and context, because I'll get several sentences down, and suddenly what I'm reading doesn't make sense. Upon going back, almost always, I've assumed the wrong word. Both words (the wrong one and the right one) will have the same first letter and be about the same size. I've never noticed if they had the same last letter, but I'll watch for that in the future.

Still an oddball, just not as odd as I thought.
