.According to the CA budget in Sept housing costs have risen 19% however we have no inflation. Commercial construction in the mean time has decreased by 3.4 % from last year, there we see no inflation. The job market has decreased by 60,000 and unemployment fallen by 32,000. Tax revenue has increased, whereby I could say we have increased our tax rate. Then I do hope you know I would be joking as what really has happened is we have a decrease in jobs and an increase wages for those who remain employed.

Inflation is illusive until one cannot create an adequate income. The income problem will not occur until numerous purses start searching for that last string of credit sources.

Stats here continue to show no job growth.
