seems to me he bought an annuity.. same as taking lump sum payment from a company you retire from vs pension or rolling over to insurance company for an annuity insurance policy... what has this to do with Halliburton... nothing.

Cheney is the root of much evil behind this administration. The phony energy crisis, the pollution increases, the snubbing the UN and rushing into war without a post-war plan, the Enron accounting and lies about so many things. All with Cheney's fingerprints all over them.
