I do see it. But with 30% rates a 1% reduction needs over three percent growth to break even. It is not the same as when Kennedy did it because rates were higher especially in the top braket. That is no longer true. To drop rates to 25% would require almost 20% of economic growth to offset it not to mention accumulated interest necessary to finance the wait for that growth. As I said there are diminishing returns and at some point negative returns. We might be there now.
